Alumni of prestigious institutions across the country, they collectively bring decades of high-quality experience in setting up and running successful organizations.
Ketan D Raiyani
A Chartered Accountant and management graduate by training, Ketan held several key corporate positions before commencing his entrepreneurial journey. A technology enthusiast, he uses his uncanny knack for spotting opportunities in large, under served spaces to conceptualize and develop innovative technology-enabled products.
Ketan has a track record of launching several successful enterprises, the most recent being Taxsmile.com, India’s first online tax management service that was acquired by 3i Infotech in 2008.
Ketan provides the strategic direction to the Group and takes on overall responsibility for the product & services roadmap, business management and investor relations.
Away from product ideas, organizational structures and business models, Ketan doesn’t miss an opportunity to sniff out shopping deals or enjoy the latest Bollywood potboilers (he makes a point to remember inspiring dialogues too!).

Amitava Ghosh
Amitava brings a wealth of experience in setting up and heading sales organizations in Internet companies like Monster.com, Apnaloans.com and Taxsmile.com. He is particularly skilled at reading the pulse of consumers, and incorporating those insights into executable strategy.
Amitava leads Groupbyte, Kredence’s “group commerce” venture and an innovative endeavour that is set to deliver a completely new dimension to the rapidly growing concept of group buying.
Combining his proven leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach, he brings an enviable ability to create energetic workplaces with a focus on end results. A person, one of his great strengths is the skill to hire and retain great talent.
Amitava takes time out of business execution to put to practice his culinary skills. An avid traveler, he takes to the road at the shortest of breaks.

Manoj Aravindakshan
With an “up close and personal perspective” of the online media space, built over a 13-year period in online media and marketing, Manoj takes charge of HealthiON, the Group’s flagship property in the healthcare sector.
Manoj’s expertise spans the realms of content, web-based product management and traffic acquisition, particularly via search engine marketing. He brings invaluable experience of servicing organisations of different sizes, diverse industries and significantly varying marketing budgets.
When he isn't wondering about the impact of Google’s algorithm updates or dreaming up a new type of content, he's probably reading, cooking, or teaching his son the nuances of leg spin bowling.

He is passionate about delivering a “Wow” customer experience in every offering. He was also one of the founding team members of Taxsmile.com.
A Chartered Accountant and management graduate by training, Sunil is a voracious reader and a prolific writer who has published two books on business management and personal management. He blogs regularly on topics of his professional interest.
An avid traveler as well as a yoga trainer, Sunil is a man of many interests. Outside the work, he enjoys reading, watching old Hindi movies & listening Indian music as well as playing cricket.
